Dear PhD supervisor,

On behalf of the Organising Committee of CE-PhD 2012 we would like once again to thank you for  your contribution to the conference. We really hope that you enjoined this event and helped you to review and discuss with your colleagues and experts the latest developments in your research field. Please note that the photo album and some movies from the first edition of the conference are available on the conference website (http://sens-group.ro/ce2012/) for reminding your sweet memories.

We hope also that your research work is in good progress and we hope also to see you again next year in May 2014 to the second edition of the conference.

As a PhD student you must be very busy with your research work in progress. I therefore do not wish to detract you too much from this task, but would just like to gently remind you to submit an extended version of your conference paper to the journal Acta Technica Napocenis: Civil Engineering & Architecture for further consideration and publication (http://constructii.utcluj.ro/ActaCivilEng/).  The full paper has to be prepared in Word and must comply with the prescribed layout and formatting instructions and templates that are on the journal website. Your paper may be submitted accessing your account on the conference web page. http://sens-group.ro/review/commence/ All received papers will be sent out for peer review and we will communicate decisions as soon as possible.
